The project consists of two 5 story wood framed student housing structures with 267 units and 762 beds and approx. 360,000 SF wrapping a 7 story precast parking structure of approx. 170,000 SF, 347 space spaces with a 8,000 SF rooftop amenity space. Park7 Group is a privately owned national student housing development company. Bid packages are being sent out with varying due dates throughout late July and early August. These bid packages are as follows, but not limited to: Soil improvements, earthwork & utilities, landscaping, structural concrete, gypcrete flooring, masonry, Misc. & structural steel, turn-key wood framing, interior carpentry/doors & hardware/Div 10, fiber cement siding, insulation, waterproofing, roofing, stucco, metal panels, storefront/glass & glazing, vinyl windows and doors, resilient flooring/carpet/hard tile, drywall/CFMF, painting, residential appliances, residential cabinets & quartz countertops, window treatments, trash chute/compactor, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, & low voltage/security system.
