Notice Summary:

JEFFERSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Jefferson County School District’s Purchasing Department for Support Services is currently processing applications for our construction vendor prequalification list.

 

If your company desired to work with the District on future projects please carefully read, complete, and return the attached forms:

 

  • PreQual Package Notice
  • PreQual Package Application
  • PreQual Package Agreement
  • Criminal records certification form (CRC 2018)

 

In addition to the forms listed above, your company must submit the following:

 

  • A current insurance certificate that includes the following statement in the description section of the insurance certificate: Jefferson County School District R-1, its officers, board members, and employees are included as Additional Insured as required.  
  • W-9
  • Copy of Trade and/or company license
  • State of Colorado Certificate of Good Standing

 

All eight (8) forms listed above must be submitted as a complete packet.  The packet can be mailed to:
