Project: POLO CLUB PLACE PROJECT
Owner: Polo Club Place HOA
This project consists of drainage and roadway work located in Denver near the intersection of S. University Boulevard and E. Exposition Avenue. The work consists of demolition of existing features, grading, curb and gutter, full depth asphalt paving, mill and overlay, aggregate base course, storm sewer installation, sod and/or seed & mulch of disturbed areas, and minor landscape restoration.
Sealed bids will be received at JR Engineering located at 25188 Genesee Trail Road, Suite 110, Golden, CO 80401 for the services referenced above until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Hard copy or electronic submission via email of all required documents will be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five
(45) days after the date the bids are opened.
The bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Bid for Polo Club Place Project” and should state the name and address of the bidder. The entire Bidding Requirement documents shall be submitted with the bid. Bids may also be submitted via email to email@example.com with the subject line “Bid for Polo Club Place Project.”
No proposals will be considered which are received after the time mentioned and any proposals so received shall be returned to the submitter and not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the submitter to see that their proposal is received on time at the stated location.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at JR Engineering, located at 25188 Genesee Trail Road, Golden, CO 80401. All bidders are invited to attend.
Complete digital project bidding documents including plans and specifications are available (at no cost) by email request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a direct link to the bidding documents. Digital sets of the bidding documents will be available at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019.
No bid bond is required for this bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond on the forms provided in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. A bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance.
Owner’s Rights Reserved. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening, all according to the best interests of the Owner.
