The Firm shall provide professional construction project management (CPM), Commissioning of Industrial Mechanical systems and additional services as required for the renovation of the existing Central Plant and Chilled Water Distribution Infrastructure at the Yountville Veterans Home. Including boilers, emergency generators, chiller plant and related piping, pumps and cooling towers. The services may include, but not be limited to, construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling and review, cost estimating, cost-benefit analysis, change order & claims review and negotiation, quality assurance, code review interpretation, contract compliance, phasing, OSHPD peer review management, commissioning and general management and administration of a construction project.

 

The estimated cost of construction is approximately $17,500,000.00.
