BUILDING P ROOF REPLACEMENT, CALIFORNIA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAf

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

RIVERSIDE, RIVERSIDE County, CA

PROJECT NUMBER 141750

 

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for:  Project is to remove existing ballasted built-up roofing and install new single-ply roofing and roof insulation for Building P, the attached Wing 300, and Wing 440 which is not directly attached to Bldg. P and fascia replacement and select upper window repair and/or retrofit to the T & U wings of Building P. Roof replacement includes mechanical, electrical, lifting and resetting of existing equipment, replacement with new equipment, gutters, fascia and aerial roof markings. Demolition of Room 310 with the remaining façade to be returned to its pre-addition configuration.

 

License required to bid the project: B

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

 

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre‑bid site inspection tour on November 21, 2019 at 10:30 A.M., at the Administration Building Entrance of the California School for the Deaf, located at 3044 Horace Street, Riverside, CA, 92506. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%.  Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
