Notice Summary:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF COLLATERAL. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the collateral owned by RAD Urban Inc. and its related entity, RAD Build, LLC (“Debtors”) described below will be sold to the highest bidder at a public sale on December 16, 2019, 9:00 a.m. PST, at, Foley & Lardner LLP, 555 California Street, Suite 1700, San Francisco, CA 94104-1520, by RAD Urban, LLC (“Secured Party”). The collateral to be sold is substantially all assets and all personal property and any right, title or interest therein in which any Debtor owns or otherwise holds any interest, including but not limited to Equipment, Inventory, Fixtures, machinery, intellectual property, and Accounts (the “Collateral”). Catanese, Foley & Lardner LLP, 90 Park Ave. New York, NY 10016, (212) 682-7474, kcatanese@foley.com.  Prospective bidders will be required to provide a deposit of $1,500,000.00 by 4:00 p.m. EST on December 9, 2019.  Any prospective purchaser who is the highest bidder, other than Secured Party, will be required to pay the purchase price of the Assets (i) at the time of such public sale, and (ii) in cash, by cashier’s check, or in other immediately available funds. Secured Party and its assignee have the right to credit bid its debt. The sale may be adjourned or cancelled and notice of such shall be provided at the time of the sale only to those present. Debtors and interested bidders are entitled to an accounting of the outstanding debts, obligations and liabilities secured by the Collateral that Secured Party intends to sell (or lease or license, as applicable), which may be obtained by contacting Katherine R.
