The Park Creek Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, notifies all qualified persons/companies that proposals will be received for contracting work and services in connection with the construction of Filing 49Block 39 – Demolition, Erosion Control, Grading, Sanitary Sewer, Water Service Lines, Dry Utility Sleeving, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Paving (curb cuts and alley paving), Asphalt Paving (trench patching and mill and overlay), Temporary Traffic Control, and Testing for a new 1 acre residential infill development located in Filing 49.
Proposers should visit and familiarize themselves with the site prior to submitting their proposal.
Requests for proposal documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, M. A. Mortenson Company, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO 80238 (Next to Famous Footwear). Packages including contract documents, drawings and specifications will be issued on electronic format or accessed via BuildingConnected. Contact the Construction Manager’s office at 720-920-4300 prior to pick-up.
Sealed Proposals must be submitted to the District at the Construction Managers Office, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO 80238 (Next to Famous Footwear), on or before 12:00 p.m. local time on February 6, 2020. Any proposal received after this time will be rejected. Prevailing wage requirements apply.
A non-mandatory Pre-proposal meeting and partnering session has been scheduled for January 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Mortenson Construction, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO 80238 (Next to Famous Footwear).
The District will accept proposal that represents best value to District. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in any proposal.
Performance & Payment bonds and proper insurance coverage will be required.
