NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT is inviting bids for the project referred to and described as follows:

 

PROJECT:

Replace Lunchroom Floor, Peralta Oaks Headquarters

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Remove all existing flooring, Install new sub-floor, Build cabinet, Install new vinyl flooring included base, trim and painting, Install large mural in lunchroom.

CONTRACT NUMBER:

050M-20-754

COMPLETION:

20 Working Days

CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE:

$100,000

LICENSE REQUIRED:

A, B, C-6, C-33, C-61 or D-10

 

Each bid shall be made in accordance with the Contract Documents on file and available for inspection beginning on February 7, 2020 at the District offices located at 2950 Peralta Oaks Ct., Oakland, CA. 

 

Prospective bidders may review or purchase electronic or hard copies of original bid documents thru the following methods:

 

Hard copies are also available for viewing (but not for purchase) at various builder’s exchanges as listed on the website noted above.

 

A bidder must purchase a complete set (hard or electronic copy) from BPX Printing & Graphics to be considered responsive and to receive addenda notifications. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 PER SET for a bid package, plus shipping and handling if necessary.

 

An optional on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 13, 2021.  Meet at 2950 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, CA 94605  See plan set for location and directions.

 

Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Finance and Management Services office at the above address, directed to the attention of Assistant Finance Officer, before 2:00 p.m., on February 27, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened at the same location at that time.
