Respondents shall hold a qualifying contractor’s license (A, B, or C-20) and be in good standing at the time of bid submission. Respondents must be prequalified and submit a prequalification application prior to bid submission pursuant to Education Code 17406 and Public Contractor Code 20111.6.
Awarded subcontractor(s) shall comply with the registration and qualification requirements pursuant to sections 1725.5 and 1771.1 of the California Labor Code and comply with the skilled and trained workforce hiring requirements set forth in Education Code section 17407.5. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.
