  2. Project Documents. The project documents and Request for Proposals form can be obtained at the following website: http://southparkambulance.com/events/now-hiring/
  3. Procedure for Submitting Proposals.  Davis Partnership Architects is acting as the design consultant for the District, and is in the process of recommending a firm to serve as the General Contractor for the project work.

Interested parties are invited to submit a Proposal no later than June 12, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. MDT.  Late submittals or submittals delivered to the wrong location will not be accepted.  For consideration, proposers must submit three (3) copies of your proposal to Chief Paul Mattson, whose mailing address is P.O. The proposals will be evaluated, and the District expects to accept by written notice the proposal that, in its estimation, represents the best value to the District.

The District reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify or suspend the process, reject any or all submittals, modify the terms and conditions of this selection process and/or waive informalities of any submission.
