ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

 

The Longs Peak Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, notifies all persons/companies that proposals will be received for contracting work and services in connection with the construction of Phase 2 of the Clear Creek Crossing project located in the City of Wheat Ridge, CO. This request for proposal includes the bid package for Phase 2 – Storm Sewer – Lake B5. The scope of work generally includes installation of and furnishing storm sewer, storm sewer structures, boulders and riprap, and survey. Phase 2 is the second phase that contributes to the overall development of Clear Creek Crossing.

 

Request for proposal documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, M. A. Mortenson Company, 1621 18th St, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202. Packages including contract documents, drawings, and specifications will be accessed via buildingconnected.com.

 

Sealed Proposals must be submitted to the District at the Construction Manager’s Office, 4086 Youngfield St., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 on or before 12:00p local time on July 8, 2020. Any proposal received after this time may be rejected.

 

A pre-proposal meeting has will not be held for this contract. A mandatory site walk will be held Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10 a.m. Please meet on 40th Avenue and Clear Creek Drive intersection.

 

All questions shall be sent to Dave Callas via email, dave.callas@mortenson.com. All questions must be received by 3:00p local time July 1, 2020.

 

The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in any proposal. Performance and Payment bonds and proper insurance coverage will be required.
