Habitat for Humanity is the developer and general contractor for this 42-home affordable-housing development serving low-income and moderate-income homeowners in Walnut Creek.


The scope of work includes demolition and tree removal, overall site grading, construction of building pads, installation of storm, water, and sewer lines, joint trench electrical and low-voltage lines (no gas), and paving and hardscape improvements throughout the site, including sidewalks, parking spaces, entry driveway, and sport court.

Note that this project is funded in part by Contra Costa County and is following its guidelines and goals for Section 3 local hiring. (Prevailing wage requirements do not apply to this project).
