Habitat for Humanity is the developer and general contractor for this 42-home affordable-housing development serving low-income and moderate-income homeowners in Walnut Creek.

 

The scope of work includes demolition and tree removal, overall site grading, construction of building pads, installation of storm, water, and sewer lines, joint trench electrical and low-voltage lines (no gas), and paving and hardscape improvements throughout the site, including sidewalks, parking spaces, entry driveway, and sport court.

  • Scopes of work -  Include any revisions you propose to make from the SOW provided by Habitat). Please bid for any and all scopes for which your company is qualified. Use scope line items for breakout pricing.
  • Quantities estimate - Use template spreadsheet as a guide. Include all areas relevant to your bid.
  • Proposed schedule duration with key milestones
  • Three project references
