For the Construction Of: This is a 6-story building, and the 1st Floor consists of offices and common areas. Floors 2 through 6 include residential Units (10 per floor…for a total of 50), as well as corridors and utility/service room. The renovation involves the removal and replacement of interior fixtures & finishes, and the incorporation of current ADA requirements and current building code and Title 24 Energy code requirements. The work also includes re-roofing of the building, as well as replacement of the existing exterior windows, and complete exterior repainting.


AZTEC CONSTRUCTORS, INC. will be self-performing the interior (non-structural) demolition, interior wall framing, drywall & drywall finishes, finish carpentry, interior painting and electrical. You may request to review plans by contacting our office at 925.837.1050.


AZTEC CONSTRUCTORS, INC. is seeking subcontract pricing for the following tasks/trades:

  • New Resilient Flooring (including LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, main stairway treads & risers, and rubber base)
  • New Cabinets & Countertops (Common Kitchen and residential Units)
  • New Doorframes, Doors & Hardware (NOTE: New residential Unit entry doors to be 3’-0” X 6’-8”)
  • New Exterior Windows
  • Lath & Plaster (Stucco) Repairs @ Light-Well/Atrium walls.
  • Ceramic Floor Tile (1st Floor only, where specified)
  • New 2X2 Suspended Acoustical Ceiling (1st Floor Offices, only)
  • Plumbing (new Fixtures, including shower enclosure, shower head & controls, water closets, Kitchen sinks & faucets, and Bathroom lavatories & faucets)
  • HVAC (modifications to the existing system on the 1st Floor)
  • Painting of Building Exterior
