Notice to Disadvantaged Businesses (Construction)

Mauro Sewer Construction, 1251 Redeker Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016, 847-803-2033, is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the following City of Joliet projects: Forest Park Phase 2 Water Main Improvements, Reedwood Phase 1B Water Main Improvements, Florence Park Phase 1A Water Main Improvements, and Florence Park Phase 1B Water Main Improvements, for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: landscape, concrete, asphalt, and trucking. All disadvantaged businesses should contact in writing, (certified letter, return receipt requested), Carmi Lullo to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to bid openings: 12/14/2020 (Forest Park Phase 2); 12/15/2020 (Reedwood Phase 1B); 12/16/2020 (Florence Park Phases 1A & 1B). Proposals shall be evaluated based on cost. Contractors must be union.
