HAZARDOUS MATERIAL RETAINER SERVICES
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
NORTHERN, SOUTHERN, AND COASTAL CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE

Provide professional engineering and environmental services for conducting site assessments, hazardous substances characterizations, and remediation and abatement design as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a responsible party licensed in the State of California. A Certified Asbestos Consultant may be part of team. Consultant’s work may also require participation of other engineering related disciplines such as, architecture, civil, structural, electrical and geotechnical.

The estimated retainer contract value is $5,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be five years.
