• Jackson West / OSC-FSED – Floor Plans L1-L2 Mezzanine prepared by Perkins and Will Architects, Inc.
• Jackson West / Hospital Bed Tower – Floor Plans L3-L6 prepared by Perkins and Will Architects, Inc.
• Jackson West / MOB – Floor Plans L1-L4 prepared by Perkins and Will Architects, Inc.
• Jackson West / Support Building – Floor Plans L1 prepared by Perkins and Will Architects, Inc.
• Jackson West / 01 77 00 Closeout Procedures Specifications, Prepared by Perkins and Will Architects, Inc.

All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the JWMC construction trailers located at the corner of NW 29^th St. and NW 77^th Ct. Complete address is listed below:
