CURA INC., NTB-FOR, FACILITY IMP DRIVEWAY AND PATIO PROJECT
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CURA Inc., a nonprofit agency that provides substance abuse treatment services to men and women in Fremont, is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids on the following project:
C.U.R.A. Facility IMPROVEMENT –
Driveway and Patio PRoject
Bid specifications for this project will be available on or about June 3, 2021 at C.U.R.A., Inc. 4510 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA. 94536. Contact Joseph Locaria at 510-713-3202. Bids must be received at C.U.R.A., Inc.’s Main Offices not later than the Bid Deadline of June 24, 2021.
The scope of work will include resurfacing and repairing the circular driveway in the front of the building (12,795 sq. ft.) and replacing the back concrete patio (2800 sq. ft.). The work includes removing the asphalt in the driveway and replacing it with new asphalt, and repainting the lines and ADA parking signs on the driveway. The 2,800 sq. ft. back patio has 2 ADA concrete ramps to be removed and replaced and the project includes installation of a drain. A mandatory walkthrough will be held at the Project Site on June 10, 2021at 9:00 amPST.
This project is funded by the City of Fremont’s Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) program. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal CDBG regulations, including, but not limited to Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder must be a licensed California General Contractor. A Performance Bond will be required.
Bids are due on June 24, 2021at 10:00 am. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. No walk-in to deliver, bids may only be dropped off, or mailed to Project Coordinator: Joseph Locaria, 4510 Peralta Blvd. Ste. 1, Fremont, CA 94536
