ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

 

The Park Creek Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, notifies all qualified persons/companies that proposals will be received for contracting work and services in connection with the construction of Filing PC TOS Park Phase 3 - in Stapleton.  This request for proposal includes the following scopes of work: Demolition, Erosion Control, Earthwork, Utilities, Lighting, Hardscape, Irrigation, Pump Track, Landscaping, Site Amenities, and Testing located in Filing PC/Filing 54 as indicated on the plans.

 

Requests for proposal documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, M. A. Mortenson Company, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO  80238 (Next to Famous Footwear). Packages including contract documents, drawings and specifications will be issued on electronic format or accessed via BuildingConnected. Contact the Construction Manager’s office at 720-920-4300 prior to pick-up of the Bid Package.

 

Sealed Proposals must be submitted to the District at the Construction Managers Office, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO  80238 (Next to Famous Footwear), on or before 12:00 p.m. local time on July 29, 2021. Any proposal received after this time will be rejected.  Prevailing wage requirements apply.

 

A non-mandatory Pre-proposal meeting and partnering session has been scheduled for July 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of Mortenson Construction, 8560 Northfield Blvd., #1920, Denver, CO  80238 (Next to Famous Footwear) (Masks required).  Meeting invites will be sent to BuildingConnected contacts registered for the Bid Package.

 

The District will accept proposal that represents best value to District. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in any proposal. Performance & Payment bonds and proper insurance coverage will be required.
