North Yard Pavement Rehabilitation Contract C20238

NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will receive Bids until September 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM, for the above project.

This project consists of the pavement rehabilitation at VTA’s North Yard division bus yard in Mountain View, CA. The work in general consists of repairs to AC pavement, PCC pavement. It also consists of installing/relocating fire hydrants, manholes, drainage inlets, bollards, and striping. Grading and replacement of AC include excavation, pavement grinding, raising utilities, traffic control, and a 2” overlay.

The time limit for completion of all Work is 125 calendar days. The estimated cost for the Project is in the range of $1,400,000 to $2,000,000.

The Bidder itself, as the prime contractor, must possess a California issued Class A (General Engineering Contractor) license. The license requirement cannot be satisfied merely by identifying a subcontractor with the required licenses.
