Provide professional construction management (CM) as required for remodels to student housing at two school campuses. CM services to include constructability design review, estimating, and support services in managing the project budget, schedule, and general building construction contractor as required for retained services to be used on an as-needed basis.

 

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

 

The estimated cost of construction for the project is $83,000,000.00.
