Invitation to Bid

Sealed Bids will be received by the Arapahoe Park and Recreation District, hereinafter referred to as Owner, at

The Trails Recreation Center / Front Desk, 16799 East Lake Avenue, Centennial, Colorado 80016 (request for manager to verify submittal)

Until 11:00 a.m. local time, April 15, 2022 for the

Stanford Hills Open Space Trail – Phase II Improvements.

At said place (in the Goldrush Room) and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been received will be opened and read aloud. This Contract provides for the following Work:

Site demolition, grading, concrete paving, retaining walls, minor storm drainage improvements, and seeding/revegetation.

Beginning March 24, 2022, electronic copies of the Bidding Documents will be available by emailing Paul Thomas at pthomas@streamla.com. Requests shall have “Stanford hills Open Space Trail” in the subject line. Submittal requirements are outlined in the Bidding Instructions included in the digital bidding packet. Any Addenda, if required, will be sent to plan holders by email.

An optional site tour will be held at 10:00 a.m., April 5, 2022 at the project site (5329 South Riviera Ln, Aurora, Colorado 80015).

The cutoff time for questions regarding the bid packet is 5:00 p.m., April 8, 2022. Questions must be submitted by email to pthomas@streamla.com, and shall have “Stanford Hills Open Space Trail Phase 2-Questions” in subject line. Refer to Bidding Instructions for required contractor qualifications, and other submittal requirements.
