Provide professional Construction Management services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction for the project is $16,940,300.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 18 Months.
