REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 1, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified firms to be selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the South Platte River Restoration at The River Mile Project located in Denver, CO.

Submittals must be submitted on or before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on May 4, 2022. Proposals shall be enclosed in two sealed packages marked “Platte River Restoration at River Mile Project CMAR Qualifications” and “Platte River Restoration at River Mile Project CMAR Cost Proposal.” Both sealed packages shall be legibly marked in the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the proposing CMAR Firm and shall be delivered in person to:

Qualifications/Proposals will not be accepted after the foregoing submission deadline, and electronic copies of the Qualifications/Proposals will not be accepted.
