Provide professional Construction Management (CM) services.

 

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The services shall include, but not be limited to, on-site coordination of the work with the State’s Architects/Engineers (AE), general building construction contractor, the State’s management and inspection personnel, local inspection authorities, material testing personnel, State’s commissioning agent and other parties directly involved with the construction. Contractor shall provide communications (verbal and written) with the State Project Director (RESD-Project Management Development Branch). Contractor shall provide construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project.

 

The estimated cost of construction for the project is $ 16,253,500.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 18 Months.
