EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT is inviting bids for the project referred to and described as follows:

 

PROJECT:

Peralta Oaks Headquarters, Replace Patio

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Demolish existing concrete patio. Construct concrete patio, approximately 2,000 SF.

CONTRACT NUMBER:

135M-22-754

COMPLETION:

120 Working Days

CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE:

$160,000

LICENSE REQUIRED:

A, B

 

Each bid shall be made in accordance with the Contract Documents available for inspection beginning on January 10, 2022.

 

Prospective bidders may review or purchase electronic or hard copies of original bid documents thru the following methods:

 

Hard copies are also available for viewing (but not for purchase) at various builder’s exchanges as listed on the website noted above.

 

A bidder must purchase a complete set (hard or electronic copy) from BPX Printing and Graphics to be considered responsive and to receive addenda notifications. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 PER SET for a bid package, plus shipping and handling if necessary.

 

An optional on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2022 at 10:00. Meet at 2950 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, CA 94605.

 

Bids shall be uploaded electronically to the Park District planroom link above via the “Submit Bid Docs” tab on the Peralta Oaks Headquarters, Replace Patio Project page before 2:00 p.m. on May 18, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened at that time via online Zoom meeting at the link below:

After bid opening, all bids received will be posted to the Park District Planroom website under the “Bid Results” tab.

 

Please note that bidders must be logged-in as a registered user in order to see the “Submit Bid Docs” tab. The “Submit Bid Docs” tab will only be available until the bid deadline, and all submitted bids are “sealed” and inaccessible until that time. After the bid deadline, the “Submit Bid Docs” tab will be unavailable on the Planroom platform to prospective bidders.
