INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

JANITORIAL SERVICES AND SUPPLIES

The National Western Center Authority is seeking proposals from qualified bidders including SBE, M/WBE, DBE and local GES-based contractors for:

Janitorial services and supplies at the new National Western Center facilities

Beginning May 4, 2022, prospective Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents on BidNet at www.bidnetdirect.com/NationalWesternCenterAuthority.

There will be a pre-bid meeting and site tour at May 17, 2022 at 1:00pm MT at the Stockyards Event Center, 5004 National Western Drive, Denver, CO 80216.

The cutoff time for question regarding the bid packet is May 23, 2023 at 11:59 a.m. Questions must be submitted by email to M.Sivakoff@nationalwesterncenter.com, and shall have “Janitorial Services RFP Questions” in the subject line.

Proposals must be submitted on or before June 14, 2022 at 11:59 a.m. via BidNet.
