 Mission Paradise EAH, LLC a nonprofit agency developing affordable housing for Alameda County residents has selected J.H. Fitzmaurice, Inc., JHF, as the General Contractor.

JHF is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors, including, but not limited to:

MBE/WBE/Section 3/ LBE/SLBE Subcontractors and suppliers for

New Construction of Mission Paradise

Mission Paradise Project is 76-unit 100% affordable rental Senior apartments, consisting of two buildings (Building A & Building B). Scope of work includes site work for utilities and accessibility improvements. On Site parking includes 64 parking spaces. The apartments themselves will be a mix of 47 one and two- bedroom residential senior units (Building A) and 29 one and two-bedroom residential senior units (Building B) on a vacant lot on Mission Boulevard.

Bids are due Tuesday May 31^st @ 2:00 PM

All work on Mission Paradise is subject to both Federal Davis-Bacon and State Prevailing Wage Requirements. The subcontractors are responsible to review both wage determinations and pay the highest wage rate.

Measure A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Program (Alameda County LBE & SLBE Subcontractor and Alameda County Resident Construction Workers)

*All contractors must be registered with the DIR.

JHF is signatory to Carpenters and Laborers Unions, Carpenters and Laborers to be Union Plans, Specifications, Reports & Bidding Documents are available to download via following link:
