Provide professional Construction Management services as required for the DMV Delano Field Office in Delano, California.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction for the project contract value is $12,308,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 18 months.
