The matter of “Unlawful Foreclosure” concerning property 3840 Far West Blvd unit 315, Austin Texas, 78729 is being claimed due to the multiple attempts made by Consumer, Trustor, Grantor, and Settlor/Creditor Felicia Paul to validate, settle and close monthly debt as well as open balances in an honest attempt to remain in good standing with the above Mortgagee, as “neither lack of funds nor the inability or desire to pay were ever a factoring issue.” The current owner of property (Felicia Paul) has no interest or intention of abandoning said security interest so by definition a forced foreclosure is unlawful.

 

As this lengthy process and a list of violations committed have already been well documented,

recorded and filed with the Travis County Clerk’s office, it is not necessary to provide as much detail in this forum and so will be done so sparingly as yet another act of good faith on the part of Felicia Paul (Grantor) and desire that all concerned entities and parties will abide by the law and seek resolution which includes but is not limited to removing the above mentioned property from the foreclosure list.

 

CERTIFICATE OF NON-RESPONSE was sent Certified Mail # 7020 3160 00000522 3607 on November 25, 2021. DEFAULT ESTOPPEL NOTICE was sent Certified Mail # 7020 3160 0000 0524 1687 ON March 7, 2022.

 

For the sake of clarity, it must be mentioned the filing of a NOTICE OF RECESSION OF DEED OF TRUST AND VOID OF CONTRACT document # 2022055889 (which voided document # 2020091289) detailing all contentious subject matter as well as an administrative process seeking to resolve the issue.

 

The Grantor Felicia Paul has also submitted to relevant parties in this and other documentation ABUSIVE DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES and a DEMAND FOR DEBT VALIDATION, as well as sought damages for Dishonor, injury, and fraudulent reporting to credit bureau agencies.

To reaffirm, the Grantor, Felicia Paul, is not accepting foreclose on security interest situs 3840 Far West Blvd, Unit 315, Austin Texas 78726. Payments can resume once the requested documentation validating the debt is provided, proving correctness and authenticity of original documents.
