After accessing the link, Applicants will be directed to a BuildingConnected Public Plan Room where Applicants will find the RFQ packages and instructions on how to download the RFQ documents. Applicants shall submit statements of qualifications to MWH/Webcor via BuildingConnected Website NO LATER THAN July 8, 2022.
This work will be performed at the Southeast Treatment Plant. This is an operating wastewater plant with extensive above- and below-grade infrastructure that must remain in continuous operation at all times. A brief description of the Scope of works.
1. T-07.08 – Facility 600 Interior and Exterior Glazing
Trade Contractor to provide all glazing, curtain wall, windows, skylight, storefront assemblies, both interior and exterior. Facility 600 is a 5-storey structure with an approximate 100,000 sq. ft. floor area with channel glazing called out for the north and south stairwells, curtain wall at the northeast and south elevations at level 4, storefront on all sides of the exterior and throughout the interior. Included are all items required for a functioning system, but not limited to, aluminum window fins, automatic doors, operators, actuators, pedestals that fall within any storefront/glazing assembly, air barriers, membranes, caulking, and flashing. There are design-build requirements.
Applicants who pre-qualify as Bidders are hereby notified that work to be performed under this contract will be in full or in part financed by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF), administered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the State Water Resources Control Board
