CENTRAL MAINTENANCE FACILITY (CMF) & METROLINK OPERATION CENTER (MOC)

RESTROOM RENOVATION

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) is seeking Bids for CMF & MOC Restroom Renovation project.

Beginning May 19, 2022, Invitations for Bid (IFB) may be obtained via download from SCRRA's website at http://www.metrolinktrains.com/agency/page/title/doing_business. Electronic bids must be submitted online at http://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=13821 on or before 2:00 PM Local Time on June 28, 2022. Electronic bids will not be received after this date and time.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on June 1, 2022 at 1555 San Fernando Los Angeles, CA 90065. A job walk will immediately follow.

For proposers not available to attend in person, a Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will also be available via ZOOM Web Conferencing. All contractors interested are invited to register and join the Pre-Bid Conference. (registration is required).

Job walks will be held at the following locations:

• June 1, 2022 - 10:00 am PST - 1555 San Fernando Los Angeles, CA 90065
• June 2, 2022 - 10:00 am PST - 2558 Supply St. Pomona, CA 91767

The contract to be awarded will be funded in part by grants under the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transportation Administration and is subject to a DBE Participation Goal of 2.04%.
