Notice is hereby given that the Bella Mesa Metropolitan District (“District”) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Pond Relocation Project in Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, Colorado (“Project”) as outlined in the Bella Mesa Metropolitan District - Pond Relocation Project - Bid Documents, dated July 11, 2022, which can be obtained by contacting the District as follows:

Bids not received by 3:00 P.M. MT on Monday, August 1, 2022, will not be considered.  Bids will be publicly opened and read via ZOOM on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. MT.  A ZOOM link will be provided to bidders by 5:00 P.M. Monday, August 1, 2022.
