The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Facilities Asset Management Branch is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing services to assist the CDCR in the implementation and execution of Energy Efficiency Projects at CDCR institutions statewide. The CDCR goal is to achieve a project delivery strategy that facilitates State building energy and resource efficiency projects. The approximate value for the services is $20,000,000.00. The approximate time to implement anticipated projects is 24 months.

A notice to proceed for these services is subject to budget, legislative and control agency approval of the proposed services.

There is no Pre-Proposal Conference associated with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

CDCR strongly encourages Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise and Small Business participation.
