IFB 50183 Northern Distribution Center (NDC) Warehouse Improvement Remodel

The Project is a tenant improvement remodel for the California State Lottery (Lottery) Northern Distribution Center (NDC) Warehouse located in West Sacramento, California. Work includes:

-     Building a second Pick n Pack (PnP) area in the existing Supply Warehouse. 

-     One section of the existing exterior storefront will be replaced with a new stucco wall to match the existing concrete tilt wall. 

-     New warehouse racking will be installed. 

-     New 6 inch rigid insulation will be installed under a new TPO roof system. 

-     New high efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and curbs will be installed. 

-     The existing skylights will be replaced with new skylights and fall protection cages. 

-     A new remote station fire alarm system will also be installed. 

-     A portion of the site parking stalls will be re-striped and truncated dome mats installed.

-     The existing security system will be upgraded and expanded.

A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for August 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.

Bids are due August 19, 2022 and must be submitted through a secured bid submission.
