ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

The HM Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, notifies all persons/companies that proposals will be received for contracting work and services in connection with the construction of the Box Elder Phase I Infrastructure project located in the City of Aurora, CO. The scope of work generally includes Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Site Grading, Traffic Control, Installation of Storm Sewer, Concrete Walls, Subgrade Preparation, and Survey.

Request for proposal documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, M. A. Mortenson Company. Packages including contract documents, drawings, and specifications will be accessed via Building Connected.
