ARCHITECTURAL RETAINER

NORTHERN, SOUTHERN AND COASTAL REGIONS, CALIFORNIA

Provide professional architectural services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated contract value is $ 5,000,000. The estimated duration of this contract is 3 years.
