I-280/Foothill Expressway and Mathilda Avenue Landscaping Project

NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will receive Bids until March 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM, for the above project.
For purposes of this Contract, The Work for this Project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to install the landscaping replacement planting and irrigation and perform a 3-year Plant Establishment Period (PEP) for landscape and irrigation maintenance at Mathilda Avenue between US 101 and SR 237 and at I-280/Foothill Expressway.
The time limit for completion of all Work is 1,340 calendar days (245 calendar days plus 3-year Plant Establishment Period). The estimated cost for the Project ranges from $2,100,000.00 to $2,400,000.00.
The Bidder itself, as the prime contractor, must possess a California issued
Class A (General Engineering Contractor) or Class C-27 (Landscaping).
