NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Centerville Presbyterian Church, a not-for-profit corporation, that provides food for the homeless in Fremont, Union City and Newark, is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids on the following project:
The Centerville Presbyterian Church (CPC)
REFRIGERATION REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Located at: 4360 Central Ave., Fremont CA 9456
Bid documents for this project will be available on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Please send a request via email with the subject line: “Request for Bid Package – “CPC Refrigeration Replacement Project” to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A mandatory walkthrough will be held at the project site on ThursdayMarch 2, 2023, at 10:00 am PST. Please RSVP to Ken Schroeder at email@example.com (Note: Masks, if required, will be provided)
This project is funded by the City of Fremont’s Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) program. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal CDBG regulations, including, but not limited to Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder must be a licensed California General Contractor.
A Bid Bond and Payment and Performance Bonds will be required.
Bids are due on Thursday March 16, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids may only be dropped off at CPC’s office, or mailed to:
