Guzman Construction Group is requesting bids from SBE/LBE subcontractors for the following project:

2205 Mission Street
Guzman Project Number: 2022-202
Owner: Mission Economic Development Association (MEDA)
Bidding Starts on 2/16/2023 and bids are due on 3/25/2023

Project Description: The new construction is ground up 9-stories consisting of 62 For-Sale residential units, including family daycare, commercial and amenity space. The construction is concrete and light gauge non-structural framing.

There will be some exciting and challenging elements to this project - all in the heart of the Mission District on a busy corner.
