Brosamer & Wall Inc., is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and truckers including certified DBEs on all items of work type listed below, including but not limited to: Earthwork, Soil Preparation, Landscaping, Fencing, Quality Control Plan, Soil Management Plan/Soil Testing & Analysis, Runway & Taxiway Markings, Sewer & Storm Drain, Portable Toilets, Traffic Control, Waste Disposal Services-Hazardous and Non-Hazardous, Utilities, Electrical including Airport Taxiway/Runway Lighting, Airfield lighting Control & Monitoring Systems Modifications (ALCMS), Remove AC Pavement, AC Paving/Asphalt Surface Course, Stabilized Construction Roadway, Remove Concrete, Concrete, Concrete Pavement, Recycled Aggregate Base, Lime-Treated Subgrade, Cement/Lime-Treated Subgrade, Construction Survey & Staking. Requirements: Brosamer & Wall, Inc. will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages to facilitate DBE. Brosamer & Wall, Inc. is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) registration number, and if applicable a valid DBE certification, for public work projects, and worker’s compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
