Notice to Bidders
Hermanas II Associates, a California Limited Partnership, is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids on Main Street Park II located at 1101 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019.
Main Street Park II is a 28-unit multifamily community with ten (10) two-story townhouse-style buildings. The scope of work consists of the following:
1. Roof Overlay
2. New Gutters
3. New Spouts

A mandatory bid walk will be held at 1101 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. The date of the bid walkthrough will be onSeptember 18, 2023, at 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Please RSVP to Brett Dresden at brett.dresden@midpen-housing.org or call 650-753-4986. This project will be funded by Federal CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) from the County of San Mateo. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal CDBG regulations, including, but not limited to Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates as well as Section 3 requirements. The successful low bidder must be a California-licensed Contractor. A Performance Bond may be required.

The due date of the bids is October 3, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Bids must be sealed, and hand-delivered or mailed to ATTN: Brett Dresden, 1101 Main Street, Leasing Office, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. Any bids received after the bid due date will not be accepted.
MBE/WBE/DBE contractors are encouraged to submit bids.
