Bid Date and Time is Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 3:00pm (EST).  Sealed bids will be opened at Florida State University, Doak Campbell Stadium, 403 Stadium Drive, University Center Building “D” (Moore Athletic Center), Room 1101, Tallahassee, Florida 32304.

Pre-bid Conference will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 3:00pm (EST).  All interested bidders shall meet at Florida State University, Doak Campbell Stadium, 403 Stadium Drive, University Center Building “D” (Moore Athletic Center), Room 1101, Tallahassee, Florida 32304.

Bid Documents will be available Monday, September 25, 2023 on Childers Construction Company’s FTP website.  Go to
www.childers-construction.com and click on the FTP link at the bottom of the home page.  The username is Football and the password is Ops (both are case sensitive). Documents will also be available at Seminole Blueprint, 2915 E. Park Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32301, 850-671-2714.  Purchase of any documents will be the responsibility of the subcontractor. 

All prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified prior to the bid opening.  Pre-qualification forms will be included in all bid packages or can be obtained by contacting Michalla Goddard at 850-910-5284, michalla@childers-construction.com.  Pre-qualification forms must be submitted by no later than Friday, October 13, 2023.
