East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, EBALDC, a nonprofit agency developing affordable housing for Oakland residents has selected JH Fitzmaurice, Inc., JHF, as the General Contractor.

JHF is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors, including, but not limited to:

MBE/WBE/Section 3/ LBE/SLBE Subcontractors and suppliers for

New Construction of East 12th Street Apartments.

The project consists of a six-story residential building with 91 affordable rental apartments. The building will be of 5 stories of Type 3-A Load Bearing Light Gauge Metal Construction over 1 story of Type 1-A concrete podium with NFPA-13 sprinklers throughout and elevator access to all floors (Not Wood frame construction at this project).

Located on 111 & 121 E. 12th Street in Oakland, CA 94606

Bids are due October 6^th, 2023, @ 2:00 PM

All work on East 12th Street Apartments is subject to both Federal and State prevailing wages. The subcontractors are responsible to review both sets of prevailing wage classifications and pay the highest applicable wage and fringe benefits)

JHF is signatory to Carpenter and Laborer Unions, all Carpenters and Laborers to be Union Plans and Specifications are available to download via following link:
