PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/WBE/MBE/OBE Subs & Suppliers to bid the Water Reclamation Facility Re-Rating Implementation (CMAR) in Sahuarita, AZ for the Town of Sahuarita. Bids are due October 12, 2023 @ 2:00PM (AZ). SRF/DWRF/WIFA Federal funding requirements apply and include but are not limited to; DBE - EPA 40 CFR Part 33, AIS, Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wages, EEO, Affirmative Action, & Fair Share Objectives. Project Description: The Sahuarita WRF (SWRF), Rehabilitate Influent Pump Station (IPS) pump rails & add two new pumps to accommodate additional flow & for redundancy. Add 2 new continuous backwashing filters. Upgrade filter header piping. Equip the second ultraviolet (UV) channel. Permanently install recirculation pump in the IPS. Add fuses to IPS motor control centers (MCC). Modify aeration blowers to provide lower air flow rate. Upsize scum pump discharge piping. Replace UV area shade structure fabric roof with impermeable material. Scopes of work needed:  Concrete Supplier, Concrete Reinforcing, Coatings, Misc. Metals, Shoring, Earthwork and Yard Pipe, Process Equipment, Electrical. NAICS: 238110, 332312, 238320, 332999, 238990, 238910, 423850, 238210. This project may receive funding from the (SRF) program and bidder’s attention is called to the SRF requirements included in the RFP package.
