J.C Dillon, Inc., 1515 W Luthy Dr., Peoria, IL 61615 is seeking Disadvantaged Businesses for the City of Oquawka Water System Improvements- Phase I Project for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Pipe Fittings, Aggregate Materials delivered, Seeding, Saw cutting, Traffic Control and Protection, PCC & HMA Pavement replacement (Patching), Sidewalk replacement, Tree Removal.

All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING, (certified letter, return receipt re

quested) Patrick Meyer to discuss subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening date of November 1, 2023, 2:00 PM.

Successful Subcontractors will be selected based upon the lowest responsible bid and the subcontracting entities documented and demonstrated ability to perform such functions for which it has submitted proposals.
