Williams Brothers Construction Inc., P.O Box 1366, Peoria, IL 61654, (309) 688-0416, is seeking disadvantaged businesses capable of performing work for the WATER SUPPLY PRESSURE ADJUSTING STATION REPLACEMENT, VILLAGE OF BENSENVILLE, ILLINOIS in the following areas: 

Demolition, Concrete Work, Rebar Fabrication / Erection, Masonry, Steel Fabrication / Erection, Carpentry Work, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Glazing, Overhead Coiling Doors, Drywall, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Excavation, Landscaping, Paving, Fencing, Utilities, Etc.

All interested Disadvantaged Business Enterprises should contact, IN WRITING 48 hours Prior to Bid Opening Date, David M. Williams, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities.  All negotiations must be completed prior to the bid opening date of October 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. CST.  A true and correct copy of your current certification as a disadvantaged business enterprise must accompany any written proposal or quotation that you furnish.  Award of a subcontract will be based on consideration of the following criteria:  (a)  responsiveness of the proposal or quotation; (b) work history demonstrating capability to perform the work; (c)  price; (d) responsibility of bidder in terms of integrity, reliability and capacity to perform such as would assure good faith, timely and safe performance and completion of the work and adherence to applicable state and federal laws and regulations.  Consideration will also be given to a bidder’s prequalification status, if any, with Illinois governmental bodies.
