PORTERVILLE, TULARE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

Provide professional architectural, engineering design and construction management services for the Preliminary Plan, Working Drawing and Construction Administration phases of the above project.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The conceptual estimated cost of construction for the project is approximately $6,000,000.00.

The estimated duration of this contract is 4 years.
