Kiewit requests CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBE’s and SFPUC Micro & Small-LBE’s, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Small Business in a Rural Area (SBRA), Labor Surplus Area Firm (LSAF), or Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone Businesses for the following scopes, but not limited to:

Please note, prior to receipt of any documents, a Confidentiality Agreement must be completed.
This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the California Department of Industrial Relations including compliance with Davis -Bacon requirements.
Subcontractors must possess & provide current California contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number.
This Project implements a Project Labor Agreement. Kiewit is a union contractor, signatory to various trades. Please contact Kiewit for more information on the unions concerned.
Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for Subcontractors, and Supply Bond for permanent material Suppliers on this project. Bond requirement can be waived on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Kiewit for more information. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit.
