This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the California Department of Industrial Relations including compliance with Davis -Bacon requirements.
Subcontractors must possess & provide current California contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number.
This Project implements a Project Labor Agreement. Kiewit is a union contractor, signatory to various trades. Please contact Kiewit for more information on the unions concerned.
Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for Subcontractors, and Supply Bond for permanent material Suppliers on this project. Bond requirement can be waived on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Kiewit for more information. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit.

This project is funded fully/partially by Drinking Water State Revolving Fund/Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (“DWSRF/WIFIA”), where the following requirements are applicable:
