Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the Preliminary Plans, Working Drawing and Construction Administration Phases of the above project.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction for the project is $16,508,300.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years.
