Chesley Avenue Renovation

Project description:

 The rehabilitation of an existing 30-unit housing complex.  The scope of work includes new landscaping and irrigation, modification to the tot-lot and approximately 400’ of sidewalk repairs. The removal and replacement of 6 metal access doors. Dry rot and stucco repairs in various locations throughout the property. The addition of MERV 13 ventilation systems in the residential units. Hearing & Visual upgrades in one unit. Modifications to the community building, including removal of flooring, replacement of cabinetry and countertops, new appliances, repainting.

Labor requirements:

BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and thus requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. Federal Davis Bacon and Certified Payroll, DIR registration, HUD Section 3, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements.
